The steel plate is produced from ordinary carbon steel grades 1-3 Class B, with a thickness of 2.5-8 millimeters, a width of 600-1800 millimeters, and a length of 2000-12000 millimeters.
The specifications of patterned steel plates are expressed in terms of basic thickness (excluding the thickness of protrusions), with 10 specifications ranging from 2.5-8 millimeters. Pattern plate steel plate is made of grades 1-3.

Steel plates are delivered in hot-rolled condition; The surface of patterned steel plates shall not have bubbles, scars, cracks, folds, or inclusions, and the steel plates shall not have delamination.
The surface quality is divided into two levels:
Ordinary precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have thin layers of oxide scale, rust, surface roughness caused by the detachment of oxide scale, and other local defects with height or depth exceeding the allowable deviation. Slight burrs and individual marks not exceeding the height of the pattern are allowed on the pattern. The maximum area of a single defect shall not exceed the square of the grain length.
High precision: The surface of the steel plate is allowed to have thin layers of oxide scale, rust, and other local defects with a height or depth not exceeding half of the thickness tolerance.
The pattern is intact and undamaged, and slight burrs with a height not exceeding half of the thickness tolerance are allowed on the pattern.
